The Story Stitchers Performance Troupe brings powerful, youth-led music, dance, and spoken word to audiences across St. Louis. From school assemblies and community events to conferences and juvenile detention centers, our performers use original art to spark dialogue, inspire hope, and promote peace. Each performance blends movement, rhythm, storytelling, and lived experience—creating meaningful connections that uplift and unite communities.
All songs, poems, and performances are original works, written and created by our youth artists in collaboration with professional mentors. Artists are paid to perform and gain hands-on experience recording and producing their work in-house at our Creative Youth Center. Through these performances, youth develop artistic skills, build confidence, and use their creativity to make a real impact in St. Louis.
