Our Performance Troupe auditions are open to youth and young adults ages 16–25 who are ready to grow as artists, collaborate in community, and perform with purpose. We are seeking rappers, singers, songwriters, dancers, poets, and multidisciplinary creatives who want to develop their craft while using art as a tool for expression, healing, and impact.
Selected artists will join a paid performance collective that creates original work, performs at local and regional venues, and participates in workshops, rehearsals, and professional development opportunities. This troupe centers youth voice, lived experience, and creative leadership.
You do not need formal training just commitment, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and collaborate. Whether you’re seasoned on stage or just stepping into your artistry, we want to see what you bring.
