Story Stitchers prepare for Not Another One! A Play 4 Peace with open auditions. Here new Stitchers Teen Council member Donniesha, age 20, auditions with an improv skit. Artist in residence KP Dennis helps her out. The play sheds new light on gun violence and police/teen relations and helps youth examine verbal and nonverbal communication as they think through choices.

Auditions for youth 15-24 continue today at the Stitchers Storefront Studio, 616 N Skinker, 10:00 am-2:00 pm.

Interns who are a high school drop-out or who are 18-24 years old who live in North County or University City may qualify for a paid internship. Additional information is available. Applications are currently open but space is limited.
Youth under 18 must have a parent/guardian present to register.
Register for a 10 minute time slot. Prepare a one-minute comedic or dramatic piece and be prepared to be asked to read from the script.
