Playing Games

In preparation for a workshop with artist Norleen Nosri during the Peace in the Prairie overnight trip to Shaw Nature Reserve, Story Stitchers interns are playing games. The Collective will create a game from clay that reflects on survival strategies in natural and urban environments.

Sixteen year old Jayla wrote, “Today I learned how life sometimes don’t go the way you want it to. There’s always something you can’t control in your life but it’s what you make out of it. I learned that from playing the Game of Life.”

Norleen Nosri’s workshop is funded in part by the Regional Arts Commission.
