Story Stitchers recently gathered at Stitchers home base, Kranzberg Arts Center, and then enjoyed a walking tour of Grand Center.
Stitchers were hosted by Lyndon Barrois, Jr. who spoke to us about his own work in the Great Rivers Biennial and also shared info on Mark Bradford’s piece, Receive Call From On Cell Phone From Jail, now on exhibit at the Contemporary Art Museum.
Stitchers also met Melissa Hampton at the Pulitzer for a great tour of the Ellipsis exhibition where the favorites had to include Janet Cardiff, Roman Ondák, and Felix Gonzalez-Torres.
