WHAT — A 40-minute video taped discussion with 25 participants on stools in the Des Lee Gallery during the Guns in the Hands of Artists exhibition. No audience permitted at taping.
WHY — To open communication and to identify commonality, greater understanding and ways to cooperate and collaborate between city police and teenage youth as both work to lower St. Louis’s high rates of gun violence.
